within the State of Florida. Other Responsibilities include
underwriting loans for and managing a loan pool consisting
of approximately 14 banks, which makes loans to developers
who provide affordable housing.
2000 - 2002: Senior

Loan officer for Community Development Lending. Originated
and closed affordable housing loans within the State
of Florida. Typical loans consisted of multifamily properties
eligible for tax-exempt bond financing, 9% tax credits
and redevelopment. On a nationwide basis in 2001, was
named the top producer of affordable housing loans for
Bank of America's Community Development Lending Group.
1995 - 2000:

Production officer for West Coast of Florida since summer
of 1997. During this time period, responsible for originating
approximately $120,000,000 of loan volume with my partner.
Approximately, 50% of loans originated through my contacts.
The transactions have consisted of multi-family, retail,
industrial and healthcare loans.
1991 - 1994:
Senior Account Officer
Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., Tampa, FL
Managed a $60 million loan portfolio consisting of nine
troubled properties. Portfolio consisted of seven bond
financed apartment properties, one conventionally financed
apartment property and a bond financed retail center.
Negotiated and structured creative and innovative solutions
for troubled loans and, if necessary, took title to
the property.
1988 - 1991:

Responsible for structuring and pricing equity purchases,
joint ventures, and participating shared-appreciation
mortgages in excess of $25 million for pension funds.
Analyzed real estate investments in office, residential,
retail, and industrial properties. Also, screened investment
packages, participated in briefing clients and developed
underwriting standards.
1986 - 1988:

Real Estate Analyst - Responsible for operational review
and financial analysis of syndicated residential properties.
Conducted market research, performed variance and investment
analysis and developed profit projections. Approved
