of Tampa)
Responsible
for the origination and credit underwriting of commercial
real estate loans, managing an $18 million portfolio.
Supervised commercial, retail and mortgage operations

Responsibilities
included management of loan processing, documentation,
and operations personnel, servicing a $98 million portfolio
which included residential, commercial, and construction
loans. Additionally responsible for the origination
and underwriting of single family home loans.
Previous positions:
Mortgage Loan Operations Officer (1982-1983): Duties included
management of processing and operations personnel, servicing
of $30 million bank-owned portfolio, plus $27 million
of additional investor owned loans. Responsible for investor
reporting, escrow analysis, conversions and all balancing
and reporting functions. Loan Operations Officer (1976-1982):
Supervised retail operations
personnel; responsible for processing, documentation,
balancing and reporting functions. This area included
floor plan lines and indirect retail installment contracts.
