Expert Credit Underwriting and Loan Analysis

Reliable Loan Administration
When it comes to servicing and administering real estate financing, there is simply no substitute for experience. Adhering to standard practices is essential, but that is only part of our expertise. After years of mortgage loan administration for federal, state and local government agencies, we understand fully what it takes to meet each agency's needs, as well as each investor's return objective.

In addition, First Housing has been performing construction loan servicing for nearly twenty five years for loans financed under a number of government programs. Tenant Compliance Monitoring
Complying with public agencies' multifamily housing requirements can be tricky, but it is familiar territory for First Housing. State and local housing finance agencies, property managers, syndicators, private developers and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta have looked to us for ongoing compliance monitoring and consulting.

We have provided compliance monitoring for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation since 1984 (including the Multifamily Tax-Exempt Bond, HC, SAIL, SHIP and HOME Programs). As a result of our combined efforts, Florida's HC Program received extremely positive reviews in the U.S. General Accounting Office's 1997 nationwide audit.
