Tenant Compliance Monitoring
Complying
with public agencies' multifamily housing requirements
can be tricky, but it is familiar territory for
First Housing. State and local housing finance
agencies, property managers, syndicators, private
developers and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta
have looked to us for ongoing compliance monitoring
and consulting.
We have provided compliance monitoring for the
Florida Housing Finance Corporation since 1984
(including the Multifamily Tax-Exempt Bond, HC,
SAIL, SHIP and HOME Programs). As a result of
our combined efforts, Florida's HC Program received
extremely positive reviews in the U.S. General
Accounting Office's 1997 nationwide audit.
