In-house Trainings

Cost: $125/person

These trainings are held in one-day sessions starting at 9:00 a.m. and concluding at approximately 4:00 p.m., depending on the size of the group and the number of questions asked. It is a small group, generally no larger than 16 people. This type of training is extremely helpful in addressing many unresolved issues and developing ways to keep your property in compliance. A guidebook will be provided.

On-Site Training - We'll come to you!

First Housing also offers onsite training. The cost is $150 per person (minimum of 10 people). Our personnel will train your employees on all program requirements. We are happy to specialize the training based on the specific needs of the group and will also discuss and explain certain requirements your management company may have set forth. The onsite training is a great way for your employees to discuss issues they may be experiencing in a stress-free environment. It also offers the management company an excellent opportunity to keep the pulse of how their staff is doing and what compliance issues they may be struggling with.
