Tricia L. Gallagher, Senior Vice President of Loan Administration, is a multi-lingual, solution-oriented professional with over 10 years experience and proven ability in the areas of law, real estate, banking, insurance, import/export and consumer/commercial liabilities. She previously served as a senior level Compliance Officer for a variety of business entities overseeing multi-billion dollar portfolios. Throughout those tenures she was responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance with all local, state and federal laws and was instrumental in designing and implementing new and improved safeguard security processes, policies, and procedures to enhance and monitor critical regulatory compliance systems.
In 2008, Tricia joined the senior management team at First Housing to manage the personnel charged with executing daily activities in the Loan Administration (Servicing and Construction Management) Department. Since then, Tricia has done a complete overhaul of its policies and procedures as well as introduced streamline standard operating procedures which have significantly helped overall operations. In addition to personnel management, she supervises and conducts in-house audits of all incoming pre- and post-closing loan packages to ensure all respective loan requirements are in place and handled timely and efficiently to ensure borrower, investor, and development collateral are secured and free from liens and liabilities.
Tricia is an active member and participant in the Tampa Bay area music community which frequently includes and supports a variety of charitable causes. She actively contributes to several other foundations and charities such as the Spring of Tampa Bay, Susan G. Komen, Elmira’s Wildlife Foundation, the Humane Society, United Way, and other non-profit organizations.
