Tonia Labadie has over 20 years of experience in the Finance industry which includes over 12 years in the Affordable Housing Finance Industry. She joined First Housing Development Corporation of Florida in 2008.  She has a wide variety of experience to include processing and closing builder commercial loans, land development, HUD transactions and  closing Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bonds (MMRB), State Apartment Incentive Loan Program (SAIL), Extremely Low-Income Loan (ELI) and HOME Loans in the state of Florida.
