FIRST HOUSING OFFERS ORIGINATION, UNDERWRITING, LOAN SERVICING, COMPLIANCE TRAINING, MONITORING, DAVIS-BACON AND SECTION 3 SERVICING & TRAINING, AND OTHER FINANCIAL SERVICES TO MEET THE EVOLVING NEEDS OF THE MULTIFAMILY HOUSING MARKET.

Who We Are

First Housing was established in 1979, by a consortium of financial institutions for the purpose of enabling public/private partnerships for building affordable, multifamily housing. Now, more than 40 years later we have grown our services to include all types of multifamily housing, including: affordable, market rate, senior housing and healthcare.
